# Using Grammarly with Authorea

Grammarly, a popular tool used for the correction of spelling and grammar is supported on Authorea for rich-text editing only (Markdown and LaTeX are NOT supported). Please note, *you must turn off the plugin while writing as cursor errors can occur.* You can turn it back on once you're done typing for final edits and spellcheck.

To use Grammarly, [install the plugin](https://grammarly.go2cloud.org/SHqd) and simply type.
